I absolutely love my 3ds. And i love the resurgence of appreciation for the 3ds.

Unfortunately my 3DS will no longer charge. About a year ago I went through the trouble of finally jailbreaking it and seeing what features it had, but my son got hooked on super Mario 3d land and ended up messing up the charging port. RIP

Even though the switch version is out now and it’s pretty good, nothing beats the feel of the original 3DS version, ya know??
A Link Between Worlds 
3DS is one of my all-time favorites. I still have my ambassador program badge on my original. I am currently playing Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate on it, and plan to llay Culdcept Revolt, Resident Evil Revalations, and my regular replay of Fire Emblem Awakening soon
The only 3DS I have is the Ocarina of Time 3D special edition which is sitting in its box in storage functioning as my retirement account, but I’d really love to get a New 2DS XL one day to play around with but they are so expensive

Currently going back and forth between monster hunter 4U and radiant historia when i want to game on it, but mostly i just do a quick puzzle on picross 3D 2
if you’re not looking to collect, a bunch of 3ds style retro handhelds now make 3ds emulation pretty viable.

God, the DS/3DS. Peak Nintendo as far as I’m concerned. Thousands of games, most of them exclusive, and even the ones with modern remakes have lost a little something in the process. (I love Etrian Odyssey, and it’s great that they have PC ports now, but those games were fundamentally designed to be played with a dual screen and a stylus.)
Getting a metric ton of StreetPass hits any time I took my 3DS through an airport is a core memory. If you never had this experience, you can now never know it 
I remember attending the 2011 Zelda Symphony of the Goddesses concert with my 3DS in tow and leaving with dozens of new passes. I beat Find Mii and completed two of the puzzles.

Ive gotten one here and there! X) theres also NetPass for getting online streetpasses! : D ik its not the same, but if ur a mii plaza enjoyer its very awesome
