Oh gosh, I hit platinum on the first two of the Arkaham games for sure, and I did the same for Dishonored 1 twice over. I kinda had it on Ps3 before I had a PC copy

Right now my torture hobby of choice is the Neptunia series. I’m keeping to mainlines at least so excluding ones like the Warriors style game and the shmup, but I was sent on this unholy quest by a humble bundle some… many years ago. Think it was Nep that made me learn about the magicom and a few other odds and ends, the series loves the refer back to the gaming industry in general. I just can only take the series in short bursts and being a JRPG I clocked some 300-400 hours into already between the first two games with like 3 more mainlines to go, I scream.

I’ve been curious about the Neptunia series for a while. I remember seeing one on Switch a longggg time ago

I’m impressed because I gave up on those trial mode trophies in Dishonored. I got all of them except maybe two of the trials ones that drove me insane so I bailed lol

Definitely a game you want on PC, I think. I’ve been burnt too many times by switch ports (cough cough Bloodstained, looking at you and your one frame, no texture final boss that necessitated doing the secret boss to clear it fast enough to avoid crashing)

I think the switch port would have been Sister Vs Sister? I poked it a little when it came out but currently am trying to go mostly in order. Just restarted re;birth 3 when I mentioned it earlier actually ~w~ definitely a more enjoyable game than 2 in many ways, but that isn’t a hard compare as 2 was the one with I think it was 12 endings that were hardly unique from eachother but you had to do them all anyway to get completion purely on the basis of the national endings giving you one more hero to use.
!F makes good combat systems, honestly. I think I own just about all of their catalogue, I just wish that some of the games were more palatable for me on a regular basis, I don’t think I have the heart to go for a completionist run of any of the Dead End Re;Request games despite positively loving the occult/game mixing and the combat system, and fairy fencer was another kind of fun mess.

Recently I took my Wii U out of storage and modded so I can easily sail the high seas in bed and I went through Bayonetta 1 & 2. The only other game like this that I payed a lot was Metal Gear Rising and you can definitely see the family resemblance.

Both were enjoyable but I enjoyed B2 more overall, and it’s funny how the first game still suffers from the brown aesthetic that afflicted so many games of that era. The sequel is more appropriately colorful.

Currently trying to get the achievements in Noita which is uh very difficult. I am not nearly creative enough for this and also so many things do ouch.

I’ve beaten 14 games so far this year as I made a conscious effort to actual complete them in January. The most recent is Pokémon Legends: Z-A which I’ve really enjoyed.

Ugh, Bayonetta 2 was so perfect. Welp, need to play that again :skull:

CONGRATS! I too have been trying to beat more games instead of ditching them about halfway through. Problem is that too many games get so boring at the halfway point

I know what you mean. While I’ve enjoyed all the Final Fantasy games I’ve played and completed this year, I got to the point where I knew it was near the end and was kinda ready for it to be over? Thankfully that didn’t diminish the experiences I had with them all

I just finished Final Fantasy Tactics for the first time. I’m really happy.

I played the PS1 and PSP versions but never finished them. I’m glad to have finally seen the whole adventure.

This is the 14th game I have finished this year. I’m not totally sure what I’ll be focusing on next, but I do have in-progress files for replays of A Link to the Past and Majora’s Mask (replaying Zelda games is just routine for me).

Beat Pokemon Legends: Z-A and I actually dig it. I have a few complaints about it, but otherwise I had a fun time.

Alright I got credits on Silksong! I loved it. I guess there is still a lot more I can do that I may have to dip back in to from time to time.
