Alright everyone, I like to say that “I like anime and manga.” You know what I haven’t done in a while dear friendo? Read or watched anime or manga, even my favorites I accientally dropped while watching like Dungeon Meshi. The only reason I kept up with the last anime I watched is because my wife was keeping up with it and wanted me to watch it with her, now I’m watching the GITS remake. But manga? Whole different story, that’s dropped dead.
SO THE PURPOSE: Come one come all, share your list of shame and ask for recommendations! Come in and share what you are reading! Share what you like, dislike, or dropped; share your MAL and share what you are currently reading and hopefully we can get through the list together!

I only read a few manga books in my life, but this year I started again.
Right now I am waiting for the Grimoire Edition of Witch Hat Atelier to arrive, which has been recommend to me in the last few months. Also, just put the word grimoire somewhere and you got my interest, so that helped.
Another project that I started this year is One Piece. I’ll try to stay at a couple chapters a day (sometimes it works, some weeks I forget), but the goal is to be there when it ends. I never kept up with the anime, only watched it a bit during my childhood and teen years, but I want to see the finale with everyone else.

Good luck! Honestly starting a MyAnimeList account helps in keeping track of The Backlog (long may it reign) and at least helps me in figure out what is where. Sometimes months will go by and I will see old recs and give them a look to decide whether the premise is still interesting to me. Also makes it easier for folks to know what to recommend and what to avoid!
