Some tips and tricks if you want to make your barista and fellow customers sad:
- start asking me questions whilst another customer is ordering
- walk off half way through placing your order to look at a display in another part of the cafe ignoring the queue behind you
- change your mind and ask for your order to be takeaway after we’ve already prepared all the drinks and food
