I can’t believe we’re getting more Animal Crossing news in space year 2025 but apparently this is the timeline we live in:
I’m annoyed the Switch 2 upgrade costs money but the free update stuff looks nice. The Lego collab is going to suck me back in but also all the retro Nintendo stuff (YOU CAN PLAY GAMES IN ANIMAL CROSSING AGAIN) and Zelda themed items has me like a chump.
Who else is going to reactivate their pandemic era addition?
I haven’t touched the game after my 3-6 month binge right after release (as is tradition for any Animal Crossing), but if I can somehow find an extra 3 or 4 hours a week I might check this out.

The dream islands especially, bc ik for a fact everyones ideas cannot fit on a single island. i think the collab bit is quite neat : )

Oh damn, I’m glad to see that, I wanted to check this game out but I managed to get a Switch only in the last years of its lifespan and was afraid I might be too late for it.
