I have no idea what it is or where it’s from but I digg it. It’s like a weird furby knockoff (though the image looks older than furbies are) with some sort of police or fireman hat? Gives me lost children’s tv show no one else knows about vibes.

I never watched Totally Spies, but I think no matter what it was like, I’d prefer the surreal variant where the main characters were potato sticks. Thank you for giving us one frame into that alternate world.
